States (US) are billed in 6-second increments with an 18-second minimum.

and Canada/Alaska/ Hawaii are billed in 6-second increments with a
30-second minimum. |

Calling
card calls within the US are billed in 60-second increments with a
60-second minimum. Per call surcharge ($0.30) applies. |
