In what formats are invoices available?

A main account-level invoice (also referred to as ‘corporate’ invoice,) is printed and mailed if a customer chooses to pay for a paper bill. Both your invoice and detailed location statements are available to view online and download/print in .pdf format. In addition, call detail/usage is available to view and download online in .csv or excel format when you go to My Account. Simply log in to My Account and click to view/download the call detail you would like from a particular statement in the Invoice section of the DASHBOARD tab.

What is the difference between my invoice and individual location statement?

There are two types of invoices/statements you may view, depending on the level of detail you require.

The Corporate account invoice

includes the total due for the account and shows overall account charges, payments and taxes, conveniently summarized by location sub-account. This streamlined account-level invoice does not include call detail, or usage and tax details for each location (see Location statements). THIS IS THE BILL TO PAY.

Individual location statements

include call detail, usage and tax breakdowns of charges, and they are ONLY available for view in the My Account portal. Simply log into My Account portal and click on a specific location to view invoice detail for each individual location.
Where do I find my corporate invoice or location statements In My Account portal?

Once you have logged in to My Account, you can find your corporate invoice in the Invoice section of the DASHBOARD tab. You may also download a .csv file of your call detail in this section.

To find details about an individual location, click on the specific location listed on the DASHBOARD. The location statement and .csv of that individual location’s call detail will be available in the Invoice section of the page that opens up.

TelNet provides clear, per location service detail online in the My Account portal. Log on to My Account at portal.telnetww.com/myaccount and click on a specific location to find service detail and see your location-specific statement.
