Voice Mail - Group Lists

Group lists allow you to send your recorded message to more that one person or group at the same time.  The group list feature is only available with enhanced voice mail.

To setup a Group List

• Access your voice mail

• Once your messages start playing, press * to return to main menu

• Press 2 for personal options

• Press 5 for group lists

• Enter the Group List number (1-11) you wish to create or modify

      To add a member:

• Press 1 to add a member

• Enter the 10-digit mailbox number you wish to add and press #

  • Repeat steps 1-2 to add additional mailboxes (up to 16)

  • Press * when finished and return to the Group Lists Menu

      To drop a member:

• Press 2 to drop a member

• Enter the 10-digit mailbox number you wish to drop and press #

  • Repeat steps 1-2 to drop additional mailboxes

  • Press * when finished and return to the Group Lists menu

While in the Group Lists menu, you can also:

• Press 3 to have system play the list
• Press 4 to record a name for the group list
• Press 5 to hear the recorded group list name
• Press * to return to previous menu

To use a Group List for a transferred message:

• Access your Voice Mail
• Press 2 while listening to the message you wish to transfer
• Enter the Group List you wish to send the message to
• Follow the prompts to record and send your message

To use a Group List for a Messaging Options message:

• Access your Voice Mail
• Press * to return to the main menu
• Press 3 to compose a message
• Enter the Group List you wish to send the message to
• Follow the prompts to record and send your message
