The Call Return feature will dial the last number that called you when you enter a country code.

The Call Transfer feature allows you to send and receive an existing call from one number to another.

The Flash Call Hold feature gives you the ability to place an incoming call on hold, so that someone on a different phone can pick it up.

If you need to quickly call the number you just dialed, you can do so easily with Last Number Redial.

If an emergency occurs and you need to forward your calls to another coworker or an external number outside your business, you can use the Call Forwarding Always feature.

If a caller tries to reach you and there’s a busy signal, you can have the call forward to another number or department.

Should a caller try to reach you and there’s no answer, the Call Forwarding No Answer feature redirects the call.

If your number is not reachable due to a service issue, the Call Forwarding Not Reachable feature will redirect a call to another number.
